•1 Bunch of delicious scallions, completely trimmed but left whole
•1 Tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds
Sautee Mushrooms:
•1 tbs. butter
•1/3 cup minced shallot of onion
•1/2 pound Kennett Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet, over medium heat, melt butter
2. Add shallot; cook and stir until soft about 2 minutes
3. Cook; stirring to blend flavors, about 6 minutes
